6.10  Point Plot  (PP)

FUNCTION:  The Point Plot routine is used to draw a point selection set in CAD

Activate the Point Plot routine by picking from the Points menu; by pressing [Alt][P], [P] or by typing PP at any data entry prompt. 

When activated, you are immediately presented with the Point Manager window (PM - Section 6.09) where you can select the points you wish to draw.  After selecting points, click either the [Point Plot] button, or the [Use Points] button.  Points are drawn to the CAD window using the parameters as set by the Point Configuration menu (PC - Section 5.08).

NOTES: 1.   To quickly draw ALL Points without having to choose a selection set, use the Draw All Points routine. (DL - Section 6.11) 2.   To list coordinates in the Text Output window, use the List Coordinates routine.  (LC - Section 6.12) 3.  To print a coordinate list, select the points in the Point Manager routine (PM – Section 6.09) and click [Print Coordinates].
