This command draws a 2D alignment polyline at an elevation of
zero along the length of the solid. This command applies to solids
of tunnels. After selecting the solid file (.MDL), the program
prompts for the layer to use for the polyline and the Reduce
Tolerance which is used for removing collinear vertices.
