Use this command to draw the 3D faces of the overexcavated surface
model on the screen. The 3D faces will be drawn in the
TK_OVERX_SURFACE layer and will depend on the latest surface
created using the make and adjust routines.
Prerequisite: An overexcavate surface Keyboard Command: draw_overx
