This command labels the difference between two points. The
points can be entered by point number or screen picked. The label
is located between the points. The label layer, style, size and
justification is set in the dialog along with which properties to
label.
Pick point or point number for 1st point: pick
point
Pick point or point number for 2nd point: pick
point
