This command creates a distance table for all the combinations
of distances between the Reference Points and Tie Points. The
points are defined in the dialog by filling out the spreadsheets.
Use the Add From List to select a point from the current coordinate
file. Use Screen Pick to pick a position from the drawing. The
Create Table function draws the table. Use the Report to use the
Report Formatter to make a custom report.
