Horizontal Alignments in Carlson Civil are known as Centerlines. They are stored in .cl files. They can be created and edited through the Centerline Editor command. Polylines can be drawn first and then used to define Centerlines. Once defined as a centerline, double-clicking on the polyline invokes the editor dialog box.
