This command finds all the Sewer, Utility or Pressure Pipe
network entities in the drawing and reports the network file names
that created the entities, how many entities were found for each
network file, and whether that network file is found on the
computer. The Reassign File button applies when the network file
has been moved to another folder. This function prompts to select
the new folder for the file and then updates the entities in the
drawing to use the new folder location.
