This command builds a selection set of linework objects in the
drawing based on linework length. The length filter can be setup to
get linework greater than or less than the specified value, or
between two length values. After specifying the length criteria,
the program prompts for selecting the linework to check. The
program then builds a selection set of those objects that pass the
length filter. Then to use this selection set in other commands,
enter "P" for previous at the "Select objects:" prompt.
