This command scales the points in a solid model. The scale
factor can be a custom amount or use a factor to scale between
meter and feet units. The Base coordinate can be used to scale the
difference between the Base coordinate and the solid
points.
Solid File To Read: pick an MDL file
Scale dialog: choose settings
Solid File To Save: specify output file
Pulldown Menu Location: Solid> Solid Utilities
Keyboard Command: scale_solid
