This command adjusts polylines to make arcs tangential.
The
program holds the tangents and adjusts the radius as
needed.
Select polylines to process.
Select objects: pick polylines
Pulldown Menu Location: Edit > Polyline Utilities
Keyboard Command: tang_pl
Prerequisite: Polylines with arcs
