Draw Typical Trench Template
This command draws a trench template on the screen. After you
select a trench template file (.tch) to draw, a Typical Trench Template Dialog is
prompted for entering the layer name, drawing scale, text size
scaler and selecting how many decimal points you want. You can also
hatch the backfill on the drawing. Click OK to draw the template at
the position that you pick on the screen.
