This command saves the current freeze/thaw status of the layers
for the current layout. When the Output Layouts To PDF command
generates the PDF for the layout, the saved layout layer settings
are used for the PDF output. The Restore Layout Layers command can
also be used to reset the freeze/thaw status for the
layout.
This command is useful when making a layout using certain layers
and then later making new layers in the drawing and you want the
layout to use only the original layers.
