This command draws a circle by following a circle in the image.
The Draw New Linework option draws the circle in the image as well
as the drawing. The Erase Existing Linework option removes the
circle in the image by setting the circle pixels to the background
color.
Trace Circle dialog
Select a point on the circle [Options/Undo] (Enter to exit):
pick a point on the image circle
Select a point on the circle [Options/Undo] (Enter to exit):
press Enter
