This command inserts a north arrow symbol. You can select from
several styles of arrows, and you can add your own by using the
Edit Library button which is similar to the Symbols Library
command. The north arrow symbol library is stored in the narrow.dta
file in the USER folder.
The Label Geodetic North option draws a line for geodetic north
and labels the convergence angle between grid and geodetic
north.
The Label Magnetic North option draws a line for magnetic north
and labels the angle.
Draw North Arrow Dialog choose an arrow symbol, layer
and other variables
Specify insertion point: pick a point
X scale factor <1> / Corner / XYZ: press
Enter
Y scale factor (default=X): press Enter
Rotation angle <0d0'0">: press Enter
