This command labels the distance and bearing of a line at the
end of a user-specified leader which points to the defining line.
The line can be specified by two points or by selecting a line or
polyline entity. There is the ability for multi-segment leaders and
the option to align the label horizontal to the current view or
parallel to the linework.
