Draw Single Manhole

This command draws and labels a single manhole on a profile grid from user selected points at the desired bottom and top locations of the manhole. The user specifies the horizontal and vertical scales, layer and drop across manhole. Other options include the manhole top and bottom width, top taper offset and the fixed taper height. The Top Taper Offset sets the distance from the top of the manhole to the point that the taper will end. A 2-foot offset on a 7-foot manhole is shown below. The Fixed Taper Height determines the overall length of the tapered section.

The manhole station, manhole elevation and rim elevation can be screen picked points on the profile or these values can be typed in at the command line. When using screen picks, the program shows the values of the picked positions in a dialog which allows for rounding or editing of the values.
The first dialog has the settings for the profile grid and the manhole parameters.

The second dialog has the label settings. These settings are the same as Draw Profile. See the Draw Profile topic in the manual for information on these settings.
