This command creates points in the current coordinate file for
the selected structures of the current sewer network. In the
options dialog, you can select multiple structures from the list of
structure names. You can create points at the structure locations
and the pipe locations. For pipes, you can create points at the
invert-in and invert-out connection points, at the pipe mid-points
and at an interval along the pipe. The Offset Pipe Points option
offsets horizontally perpendicular to the pipe. The elevation for
the structure points can be either the rim elevation or the
invert-out of the structures. The point numbers will be incremented
from the specified Starting Point Number. The Use Name in
Description option puts the structure name into the point
description.
