This command converts Carlson point blocks in the drawing to
Ashtech GIS point blocks. After executing the command, you will be
prompted to select the points to convert. When using this command,
the setting "Group Point Entities", found under General Settings of
the Configure command (Settings menu) should be unchecked (turned
off).
