This command removes all Civil 3D custom objects (AEC objects)
from the current drawing so that the next time the drawing is
opened, AutoCAD will not load the AEC functions. The AEC objects
can be either erased or exploded into standard AutoCAD entities.
The cleaned drawing is saved to a new dwg file.
