This command draws the column header labels for the Area Table
commands. When prompted for the starting point, the user may enter
a coordinate or pick a point on the screen. This table becomes the
active area table. Any new area table entries will be added to this
table until another table is created or the active table is changed
with the atabset command (menu item Area/Layout> Area Tables>
Set Active Table).
