This command draws a closed polyline representing the high watermark as calculated by HEC-2. The program uses the water depth at each station from the HEC-2 output file, the existing section file and a centerline polyline or MXS file to locate the cross sections. A report is displayed after the watermark polylines are plotted successfully.
