This command edits the strata name, attribute name or attribute
value of a channel sample. To edit a channel sample, Either pick on
the symbol after executing the command or simply "double-click" on
any sample point.. Any changes are saved back to the data attached
to the channel sample symbol. The Previous and Next buttons will
advance between the different values such as Bottom Elev and
Thickness.
