Descriptions
If this menu item is checked, then point descriptions are ON.
If it is unchecked then point descriptions are OFF.
Generally, when point descriptions are on, you will be prompted to
enter a description when new points are saved to the coordinate
file. Also, when descriptions are ON, the description field
will be enabled when editing coordinate point values.
