Draw Trench Network (Plan View)
Function
This command draws a trench
network structure on the screen, based on the Plain Vew Label Setting
command and the trench network structure
data in the .sew file
whose name is as same as the drawing name. If Takeoff couldn't find
such file in
the same directory where the drawing locates, nothing would be drawn on
the screen.

A open drawing
