This command creates points in the current coordinate file for the
selected structures of the current sewer network. In the options
dialog, you can select multiple structures from the list of structure
names. The elevation for the points can be either the rim elevation or
the invert-out of the structures. The point numbers will be incremented
from the specified Starting Point Number.
